A whole food approach – Julianne

I take a whole food approach to losing weight, increasing energy, and managing auto-immune disease.

By whole food, I mean food that comes from nature where at all possible and is still recognisable as food, in it’s original package, not out of a box. We need to recognise that humans are another animal. To find the best diet for humans we need knowledge of the diet that we evolved on, combined with current nutrition science.
